Mise-en-scène: Expressions on Celluloid is a video I created out of a love for film, carefully editing together hundreds of my favourite movies to highlight the power of human expression on screen. The piece brings together a wide range of cinematic moments to explore how subtle and extreme emotions are conveyed through performance and visual storytelling.
How many films did you spot?
Diggin' in the Crates is a YouTube series I created during the pandemic as a way to share and celebrate music from my personal vinyl collection. In each episode, I spotlight records that have inspired me, exploring the artists, albums, and stories behind the music while incorporating curated visuals to enhance the viewing experience. As the series evolved, later episodes also featured guest appearances, bringing additional perspectives and musical discoveries to the conversation.

I created a stop-motion intro for my YouTube series Diggin’ in the Crates, using dozens of records from my collection. By creatively animating vinyl selections frame by frame, I edited a fun, energetic opening that reflects the spirit of the series and sets the tone for exploring music from my record collection.
Hip Hop 50th Anniversary

Hip hop, a cultural movement rooted in the Bronx, New York, emerged on August 11th, 1973 at a house party where DJ Kool Herc showcased an innovative technique of mixing and extending breakbeats, which laid the foundation for the genre's musical aspect. Over time, rap, an essential element of hip hop, evolved as artists started rhyming over beats, expressing their experiences and narratives. The art of breakdancing brought dynamic movement to the culture, while graffiti art added visual creativity to urban spaces. Hip hop's influence grew, addressing social issues, reflecting urban life, and empowering marginalized communities. It expanded globally, becoming a dominant force in music, fashion, and popular culture. 50 years later and it’s still going strong.
